From January 7th to 18th, 2026, French film museum Cinematique is featuring David Gordon Green's wide-ranging repertoire of films.

"He is perhaps the most versatile American filmmaker of the moment. He studied film at a North Carolina university alongside Jeff Nichols (whose film Shotgun Stories he would later produce), and for a time embodied a certain idea of ​​American independent cinema (George Washington, $40,000 budget and a Berlin selection; All the Real Girls, winner at Sundance) before moving on to a string of offbeat comedies (Pineapple Express, Your Highness), rural dramas (Prince of Texas, Joe ), and devoted remakes of horror classics (Halloween, The Exorcist: Believer).
